FAQs
Are MedSpa treatments safe?
Yes! At Artisse, all treatments are performed by highly trained, licensed professionals in a medical setting. We prioritize your safety, ensuring each treatment is suitable for your skin type and goals. We also provide thorough consultations to discuss potential risks and benefits.
How do I know which treatment is right for me?
Our team offers personalized consultations where we evaluate your skin type, concerns, and goals. Based on this, we will recommend the most effective treatments for you. Whether you're seeking rejuvenation, acne solutions, or anti-aging treatments, we're here to guide you.
Is there a consultation fee?
Yes, our consultations are $100, which will be credited toward any service you book with us. This ensures that your consultation fee goes toward the treatment that best suits your needs.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit of $100 to $200 depending on the length of the service, with most deposits being $100 and facial balancing appointments requiring a $200 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the total at checkout.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us enough time to offer the appointment slot to another client who may have been waiting and to respect the provider’s time. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
What is your no-show policy?
No-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
What happens if I'm late to my appointment?
We allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 15 minutes, it is at the discretion of the provider to continue treatment if the time in their schedule allows. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment.
Do you offer payment plans or financing options?
Yes, we accept both cherry and carecredit.
Are injectables safe?
Yes, when administered by trained and experienced professionals in a medical setting. Like any procedure, there are risks, but these are minimized with proper technique and care.
What’s the difference between fillers and neurotoxins?
Fillers add volume to areas of the face (e.g., lips, cheeks), while neurotoxins relax the muscles that cause wrinkles (e.g., forehead lines, crow’s feet).
How do I know which injectable is right for me?
During a consultation, your provider will assess your concerns and recommend a personalized treatment plan based on your goals, anatomy, and skin condition.
Is the procedure painful?
Most treatments involve minimal discomfort. Numbing agents, both topical and within the injectables themselves (like lidocaine), help reduce pain.
How long do results last?
It depends on the product and treatment area:
Neurotoxins: ~3–4 months
Fillers: 6–18 months
Sculptra: Up to 2 years
PRF: Results build gradually and can last several months with maintenance
What is the downtime?
Most injectables have minimal downtime. You may experience slight swelling, redness, or bruising that resolves within a few days to two weeks.
Can I combine different injectables in one session?
Yes, combining treatments is common and often leads to more comprehensive and natural-looking results.
Are the results immediate?
Some treatments, like fillers, show immediate results. Others, like Dysport, Sculptra, and PRF, take days to weeks to show full effect.
How often will I need touch-ups?
It varies depending on the treatment and individual factors. Your provider will recommend a maintenance schedule tailored to your needs.
Are injectables reversible?
Some are. For example, hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved using hyaluronidase. Neurotoxins and Sculptra naturally wear off over time.
Will I look unnatural or overdone?
Not when performed by an experienced injector. The goal is always to enhance your natural beauty with subtle, balanced improvements.

What is the downtime?
Minimal. Some swelling or bruising may occur and usually resolves in a few days to two weeks
What are the risks?
While dermal fillers are generally safe when administered by a trained provider, potential risks include swelling, bruising, redness, tenderness, asymmetry, lumps, or infection. Rare but serious complications, such as vascular occlusion (blocked blood vessel), can occur. What is dissolver?

Neurotoxins (such as Dysport, Botox, Xeomin, Jeuveau, Daxxify and Letybo) are an injectable used to relax targeted muscles. While they're commonly used to smooth dynamic facial wrinkles like frown lines, forehead lines, and crows feet, additional treatments include lip flip, chin dimpling, bunny lines, downturned mouth, masseter slimming, platysma neck bands and trapezius muscle for cosmetic and functional benefits.
Dysport- 4.50/unit
A Lip Flip uses a small amount of nuerotoxin like dysport or botox to relax the muscles above the upper lip. This causes the lip to gently roll outward, creating the appearance of a fuller top lip without adding volume. Ideal for subtle enhancement or a gummy smile.

Dermal Fillers are injectable gels made of hyaluronic acid—a substance naturally found in the body—that help restore lost volume, smooth lines, improve contours and enhance facial features. At Artisse, we use the Restylane® family of fillers to create subtle, natural-looking results that complement your unique facial structure. Common areas we treat include: lips, chin, chin shadow, mid face, lateral cheek, temples, nasolabial folds, nose, ear lobes and hands.
$700-$1000/area
Sculptra is a biostimulatory injectable designed to gradually restore facial volume and improve skin quality by stimulating your body’s own collagen production. It is commonly used in the temples, midface, nasolabial folds, and lower face. Unlike traditional fillers, which provide immediate volume, Sculptra works over time—offering long-lasting, natural-looking rejuvenation that improves with each treatment. Most patients require an initial series of treatments spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart, with results that build over time and can last up to two years with proper maintenance.
$800/vial
Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) is a natural, regenerative treatment that uses your body’s own natural growth factors to help stimulate collagen, improve skin quality, and support healthy hair growth. Unlike synthetic injectables, PRF is completely natural—derived from a simple blood draw and processed without additives. At Artisse, we offer the following PRF treatments:
Liquid PRF- This form is rich in platelets and growth factors and is commonly used in delicate areas like the under-eyes, helping improve skin texture and discoloration. It's also an option for hair restoration, supporting natural hair growth and scalp health. Liquid PRF can be used in other areas of the face as well to enhance skin quality and boost collagen as well as a topical add on to microneedling. It is recommended to complete a series of 3-5 treatments 4 weeks apart.
PRF EZ Gel- an advanced version of PRF that combines your plasma with heat-activated proteins, creating a thicker, gel-like consistency. It works similarly to a natural filler—adding temporary volume while delivering long-term regenerative benefits. EZ Gel is ideal for areas needing both volume and rejuvenation, such as the midface, under-eyes, or smile lines, and is an excellent choice for those wanting a more natural approach to restoration.
